Return Policy

 

If you are not completely in love with your purchase or need to exchange for a different style or size, we're happy to help.

Please take note the following conditions and exclusions. 

 

Return Conditions & Exclusions

Returns should be shipped back undamaged and unworn (no scuffed soles) in original packaging within 30 days of purchase starting from the delivery date of your order/item. 

Please try your boots on a soft surface, i.e. carpet to avoid damaging soles.

 

Please note, we do not accept returns if there is significant damage to original packaging (shoe box). Do not use shoe box as the return shipping box.  

Outbound shipping is covered in the USA with the exception of Alaska & Hawaii. 

We will provide a prepaid label for all returns and exchanges, excluding final sale marked items. 

We cover the cost of exchange shipping for the same item in a different size. Returns for refunds to original form of payment are subject to a flat $15 return shipping fee (regardless of multiple items in order) that will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Ranch Road Boots monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

Holiday Extended Return Policy (November 23 - December 25)

Purchases between November 23rd and December 25th may be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase undamaged, unworn, and in original packaging.

 

Your order will ship within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) from time of purchase. You should expect to see your order within 3-10 business days (depending on location).

 

Returns/Credits will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt.
