Local Pick up will be available Monday-Friday. Orders will be packed and ready for collection from our Arrowtown store (38 Buckingham Street). Any orders wanting to be picked up from Queenstown will need to be arranged via support@tehuianz.com. You will receive a text message/email when your purchase is ready for pick-up.

Delivery time is estimated between 1-5 working days, rural deliveries can be up to 7 working days.

Delivery to Australia -

All orders to Australia will be sent with DHL Express - Estimated delivery times of 1-2 weeks.


Delivery Rest of the World -

Due to the global impact on shipping from Covid-19, please expect longer than normal delivery times, estimated at 15-20 working days. 

We may not be able to deliver to your destination due to reduced freight availability - if this occurs our team will contact you in person.

Please be aware all orders leaving New Zealand may incur duty and import taxes when entering the destination country. These charges are at the expense of the receiver.

We look to the customer to research their country's fees and policies before purchasing. TeHuiaNZ.com will not be responsible for any customs charges and import duties.

An admin fee will apply to any parcel which is returned by customs, as a result of failure to pay charges. This fee will total 20% of the order value. 

Please be aware, once an order leaves our warehouse shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We unfortunately can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the delivery company is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
